SA Climate Ready Community Incentives

Explore the Projects

SA Climate Ready Community Incentives supported a broad mix of projects, showing that local climate action can take many different forms throughout San Antonio. Across 106 funded projects, the program backed both hands-on improvements and community-led efforts led by businesses, nonprofits, schools, churches, and neighborhood organizations.

Funded projects include efforts like Bronko Bikes’ e-bike education, San Antonio BCycle’s transportation work, the San Antonio Composting Project, and Friends of Spare Parts’ solar-powered tool library. Together, these examples show how the program supported practical, community-based solutions with benefits that looked different from place to place.

See all of the projects in the 2024-2025 Program Status Update report.
